Art Bonus is a concrete tool supporting the arts, culture and live entertainment sectors, offering significant tax benefits for both individuals and businesses.

For charitable donations made in support of the Fondazione Festival Pucciniano, it is possible to take advantage of a tax credit equal to 65% of the amount donated, a tax benefit aimed at encouraging private funding for culture.

The Region of Tuscany has also made the measure more attractive by establishing that Tuscan donors will receive a tax credit on IRAP (regional tax on productive activities).

The tax credit is granted to: business owners, up to a limit of 5 per thousand of annual revenue, as well as individuals and non-commercial entities, up to a limit of 15 per cent of taxable income. It is divided into three equal annual instalments, which can be used for offsetting purposes via F24 forms, starting from the tax period following that in which the payment was made.

In order to be eligible for the tax credit, the payment must be made as follows:

• postal bank transfer;
• credit card, debit card or prepaid card;
• bank cheques and circular cheques.
